Support Our Operations:

Efficiently process invoices for our Maintenance Department, ensuring timely payments and smooth workflows.

Be Our First Impression:

Expertly manage incoming calls, greet guests, and handle correspondence with warmth and professionalism.

Master of Scheduling:

Coordinate meeting spaces and other areas, keeping our busy community on track.

Foster Connection:

Interact with everyone – visitors, residents, teammates, and vendors – in a professional and pleasant manner, embodying the welcoming spirit of Asbury Heights.

Maintain Confidentiality:

Handle all organizational and resident information with the utmost discretion and in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Manage Communications:

Efficiently receive, sort, and distribute mail and announcements, keeping everyone informed.

Maintain and update our resident listing, ensuring vital information is accessible to our team.

Supply Chain Superstar:
