Administrative Assistant:

Prior admin experience in a fast-paced office setting (at least 5 years preferred) Exposure to an industrial or construction environment Comfort juggling a wide range of responsibilities and shifting priorities Strong Excel skills Experience in administrative, AP/AR, payroll, scheduling, and customer service duties High school diploma required; technical training or associate’s a plus Administrative Assistant perks and benefits:
