Front Desk Administrative Assistant (part time) Thalia Medical Center 822 Montgomery Avenue, Narberth, PA 19072 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and check in clients in a warm and professional manner Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage scheduling for therapists Verify insurance and assist with billing-related tasks as needed Manage appointments, including modifications and cancellations. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services provided Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked. Handle client complaints or requests in a professional manner, escalating issues when necessary. Process payments accurately and maintain records of transactions. Support clinical staff with day-to-day administrative duties. Help coordinate office operations and communicate clearly with the team. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining client good clinical practices. Assist in maintaining electronic health records (EHR) with accuracy and confidentiality Requirements Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Comfortable with multitasking and managing a dynamic front desk environment Basic computer skills; experience with EHR systems is a plus Professional, compassionate, and dependable demeanor Interest in mental health, social work, psychology, or medical administration is a plus Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace. Computer literacy with proficiency in office software applications. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Previous experience in office management or as a personal assistant is a plus. Preferred Backgrounds (Not Required): Currently studying or working in the medical/mental health field Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles

approximately [20-25] hours/week Weekday availability required, approx 2-3 days a week
