RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and capture accurate records pertaining to job statuses and billing deadlines Prepare and review invoicing for AR and AP Supervise customer billing services Coordinate with subcontractors to capture missing invoicing information Work directly with the Project Manager to develop billing schedules for our ongoing projects Capture and submit Key Performance Indicators Work directly with Field Superintendents to accurately capture field production values Tremendous growth opportunity based on performance and abilities
