As a Service Coordinator at Centergy in King of Prussia, PA , you’ll manage incoming requests, dispatch technicians, communicate with clients, and keep everything running efficiently. With a low number of stops our technicians make each day, it creates a manageable yet steady workflow for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about great customer service. What you’ll do You’ll handle incoming service requests from our commercial clients, dispatch field teams, and keep communication clear and proactive for all. Having done this kind of work before, you know how important it is—and so do we! Day to day, you’ll:

• Receive and prioritize incoming service requests via phone, email, and more
• Schedule and dispatch field technicians based on availability and skill
• Keep clients informed with updates, timelines, and prompt issue resolution
• Ensure the right tools and resources are in place for each job
• Track job progress and maintain accurate service records
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to ongoing process improvements
• Support compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Participate in ongoing training to grow your skills What you need to thrive in this role
• Experience in service coordination, scheduling, and dispatching
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication—you’re clear, kind, and confident!
• Cool under pressure and solutions-focused
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; scheduling software is a plus
