Construction Office Administrative Assistant

- 27 per hour based on experience Long-term temp M-F 8 am
- 5 pm Proficiency in Microsoft required; computer skills preferred Document Control Administrator handling paperwork and data entry Managing project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and compliance records.
Ensure all documents are properly labeled and tracked. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Assist in training project team members on document control procedures and processes. Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper document control coordination. Supporting project managers with scheduling, procurement, and expense tracking. Acting as a central point of contact for contractors, suppliers, and clients. Utilizing organizational and problem-solving skills to streamline office workflows. Ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards in a dynamic environment.
