The Field Services Coordinator is our critical problem solver on the ground. You’ll respond to time sensitive issues, handle onsite guest support, and coordinate logistics that can’t be managed remotely. This role works hand-in-hand with our Guest Experience Coordinator to keep things running smoothly and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. When something goes sideways, you’re the one who shows up, figures it out, and gets it back on track. About Us Yellow Door Vacation Rentals is a boutique style vacation rental company committed to providing high quality accommodations to guests visiting the Chattanooga area. We also offer a wide array of property management services to meet the needs of vacation rental owners. Our team handles everything to protect the owner’s investment, maximize revenue, and help get time back. Core ResponsibilitiesLogistics & Onsite Support You are the in-person point of contact for the problems that can’t be solved behind a screen. Be physically present when needed during high-risk turns, VIP stays, or problem properties Own real-time service recovery with calm, clear communications Escalate appropriately but own your role in the resolution Handle other onsite coordination for urgent issues: lockouts, supply runs, missed cleanings, damage, or guest complaints Communication & Coordination You are the bridge between virtual support and the physical guest experience. Work closely with the Guest Experience Coordinator to divide and conquer Keep cleaners, vendors, maintenance teams, and property owners aligned and informed Maintain notes, logs, and internal updates so nothing gets missed Share what you see in the field and help improve systems over time Navigate software systems efficiently Qualifications Proven experience in a customer service and/or sales role. Strong phone handling skills and active listening capabilities. Technical proficiency in navigating software systems and databases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, upbeat attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Concierge service or previous vacation rental experience preferred.
