The ideal candidate will perform various administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring smooth operations in the office. This role requires strong organizational skills, computer literacy, customer service skills and the ability to multitask. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments Maintain project documentation, plans, and schedules. Perform data entry and clerical duties to ensure accurate record-keeping. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and facilitating communication between customers and managers Utilize software tools such as QuickBooks for invoicing and reporting. Support office management tasks including filing, organizing supplies, and maintaining a clean workspace. Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met. Skills Proficient in computer literacy with experience in Word, Excel, and a willingness to learn other software systems. Experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not mandatory. Fast learner and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong clerical skills including data entry accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to provide exceptional customer support via phone conversations and email in a professional manner. Experience in calendar management to coordinate with field crew and for projects.
