Bookkeeper, and Responsibilities:
  • Bookkeeping including Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
  • Responsible for processing employee payroll
  • Make deposits of incoming checks
  • Complete necessary sales tax forms, including 940, 941, and Reemployment Taxes
  • Will be involved with client invoicing and product memos for consigned inventory
  • Reconcile bank accounts and handle accounting for the company
  • Work with proprietary lists and forms in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level skills)
  • Run reports for executive team as needed
  • Executive support
  • General office manager duties
  • In Office Monday to Friday position
Role Requirements:

QuickBooks is a must for this position (no QuickBooks experience need not apply). Appropriate Microsoft Office computer skills, as well as professional telephone communication and etiquette are also required for this full-time position. Excellent verbal/written communication skills, accuracy, dependability and multi-tasking are the attributes required to succeed in this position. Must have a strong attention to detail and professional disposition. MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) proficiency is necessary for this in-office role.
