The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, commitment to health and wellness and a keen attention to detail. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting both staff and patients. The Office Manager will be responsible for various administrative tasks. Responsibilities Manage daily administrative operations of the chiropractic office. Staff Supervision – Includes supervise and train administrative staff, including front desk, interns and chiropractic assistants; manage hiring process; coordinate monthly staff meetings; coordinate schedules of staff including weekly schedule, vacation and time off requests; and assist with annual reviews. Oversee patient scheduling, billing, and insurance claim processing – Includes providing monthly provider reports for billing, Shockwave and additional services; verifying VA referrals or designate staff to do so; and coordinate with billing specialist remits . Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and HIPAA standards. Maintain accurate patient records and manage office inventory including keeping business license up to date and managing supply needs and purchase when applicable. Address patient inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure patient satisfaction as applicable. Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain patients including working doctors marketing company with weekly outreach, help improve social media, assist in keeping website up to date and work with owners and staff for content. Implement and update office policies and procedures as needed with input from owners. Experience Proven experience in medical office management or a similar administrative role Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Experience with insurance billing and posting. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in using office software applications and phone systems.
