Office Manager 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars High Ridge, MO 63049 Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and enhancing customer service experiences. This position requires a detail-oriented individual. Duties Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative functions. The ability to become a Notary. The ability to be bonded for insurance purposes. Maintain accurate records and files, performing clerical duties as needed. Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and invoicing. Coordinate calendar management for team members, scheduling meetings and appointments as necessary. Skills Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Workspace is required. Payroll & tax reporting knowledge. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage positively with clients and colleagues. Capable of managing calendars efficiently to optimize scheduling for the team.
