Position Overview:

We are hiring a Primary Care Office Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of two clinic locations in Macon and Bevier, Missouri . This leadership role is responsible for supervising front office staff, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high standards of patient care and administrative support at both sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate front office operations at the Macon and Bevier clinic locations Lead and support staff, including scheduling, training, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution Monitor patient flow and implement strategies to improve efficiency and service quality Manage inventory and ordering of office and medical supplies Assist with billing and insurance processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Ensure all operations comply with healthcare regulations, privacy laws (HIPAA), and clinic policies Address patient concerns and resolve service-related issues Serve as the primary point of contact for internal communications between locations Travel regularly between the Macon and Bevier clinics to maintain oversight and staff support

Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office setting required, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role preferred. Strong understanding of front office workflows, scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communications Proficient in using Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR) and Microsoft Office applications Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and prioritize across multiple locations Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
