We are committed to exceptional customer service and seamless support. We’re currently looking for a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team and office operations.

Job Summary:

As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and a key part of keeping our business running smoothly. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a variety of office tasks efficiently. This is an in-office position and requires someone who can work on-site during regular business hours.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls; manage messages and inquiries effectively. Manage scheduling and calendars for meetings and appointments. Follow up with Clients on open issues or to verify resolution and satisfaction on resolved issues. Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital). Handle data entry, proofread documents, and manage general correspondence. Process invoices, billing, and conduct occasional bank deposits. Keep front desk and office areas tidy and well-stocked. Run local errands (e.g., post office pickups, supply runs, client deliveries). Assist with ordering business cards, company apparel, and office supplies. Provide general support for office operations as needed.

Qualifications:

Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with general computer use. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Friendly, customer-oriented demeanor. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Prior experience in an administrative role preferred. Experience with social media management is a plus, but not required. • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not required.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday Regular business hours (in-office)
