Description We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. This Contract-to-Permanent role is ideal for a proactive and organized individual who can foster collaboration, streamline operations, and manage tight deadlines effectively. The position requires strong leadership skills to unite and support team members, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead efforts to improve team cohesion and collaboration.
- Manage calendars with precision, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines.
- Organize and facilitate meetings to align team objectives and project goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to address organizational challenges and improve workflows.
- Oversee daily office operations, maintaining efficiency and structure.
- Ensure seamless communication across all departments to meet company objectives.
- Handle project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed within set deadlines.
- Support the team during peak periods, including working on Saturdays during tax season.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while addressing conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop strategies to enhance team performance and address any productivity gaps. Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or a similar leadership role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on team building and conflict resolution.
- Expertise in calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Solid understanding of operational processes and organizational management.
- Availability to work Saturdays during peak tax season.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
