The Office Manager is a vital member of the team supporting the Greenville, SC office. This role involves maintaining the building to an exemplary standard and providing seamless support to the businesses within its premises.

Key Responsibilities:
Purchasing:

Create purchase requisitions and perform good receipts in SAP S4. Support vendor setup and maintenance. Manage blanket purchase orders. Obtain quotations. Resolve invoicing concerns and discrepancies.

Tenant Relations:

Act as primary point of contact for tenants. Work collaboratively with tenants to maintain excellent relationships.

Building Operations:

Support provided services, ordering of office supplies, completion of work orders. Coordinate with onsite cleaning and security vendors.

Mailroom Operations:

Provide backup coverage for mailroom.

Leadership:

Provide leadership to team members. Work to identify and drive continuous improvement throughout building operations. Manage the operations budget.

Additional Responsibilities:

Coordinate with vendors for building repairs and services, ensuring timely and quality execution.
Contribute to idea generation and execute projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Support the development, documentation, and maintenance of team processes.
Identify and address safety hazards throughout the building to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist with improvement projects and onsite events.
Contribute to activities related to the broader real estate portfolio.

Required Skills:
Operational Leadership:

3+ years’ experience managing day-to-day office operations, including facilities, vendor coordination, and administrative support, with a focus on efficiency and service excellence.

People Management:

Experience supervising direct reports such as mailroom clerks or maintenance staff, with the ability to coach, delegate, and foster a collaborative team environment.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor. Comfortable interacting with all levels of staff, vendors, and guests.

Technology Proficiency:

Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise systems is a plus.

Organizational Agility:

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain records, and ensure smooth office workflows.

Event & Space Coordination:

Ability to plan and execute internal events, manage seating arrangements, and maintain a welcoming and functional office environment.

Proactive Problem Solving:

Demonstrated initiative in identifying and resolving issues before they escalate, with a solutions-oriented mindset.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years of relevant administrative or office management experience, ideally supporting senior leadership. Compensation
The position has a compensation package inclusive of base, bonus (if eligible), benefits, 401k contribution, time off, recognition awards and more. This salary range is $60,000 – $73,000.
