Position Summary:
The position provides secretarial and clerical support to assigned office to enable effective office operations. Provides secretarial, administrative, and clerical support to the assigned Full-time staff member (s)to ensure effective and efficient daily office operation. Job Duties:
Type forms and letters Locate records Maintain electronic and hard copy files. Type and prepare reports for supervisor as required. Answer office telephones Greet visitors. Assist faculty, staff, and students as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or a GED equivalent.
Supplemental Job Information:
This position will be scheduled no more than 29 hours per week.
