Work Hours:

Monday•Friday 7:30am•4:00pm Additional hours as needed to fulfill the needs of the department.

Function:

Performs various duties in the Bank’s Operations•Mail Processing Area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assumes direct responsibility for duties including: Mail Processing Responsibilities include the following: Prepares customer statements, advises, and notices by inserting, bursting, and sorting. Processes outgoing U.S. Postal mail. Including folding, inserting, sorting, and ensuring proper postal markings. Processes PO Box 190 incoming mail. Separates all interoffice mail. Processes return mail, researches addresses, and send information to Document Management. Prepare and send UPS packages. Process UPS invoice for Bank weekly. Compile data for monthly productivity reporting Performs various duties related to transporting mail, proof work, and other bank work among the branch and operations areas. Follows a prescribed route and timetable. Delivers certified and registered mail items to the Post Office. Maintain a good working relationship with bank employees. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, as well as motivated to work as a team player to contribute to the success of the department and in turn, the organization. Performs additional duties as required. Education Requires a high school diploma or equivalent basic academic education. Experience Up to one year general experience required. Physical Demands Operates a keypad device, operates electronic equipment and operates office equipment throughout the day. Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 lbs. Use of manual dexterity skills for typing, and data entry up to 75% of the business day. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18•20″ and depth perception for computer work. Frequent use of extremities to stand, reach, kneel, or bend throughout an eight-hour shift.
