Receptionist/Transaction Coordinator Southern Hometown Selling 1900 Christine Avenue, Anniston, AL 36207 We are looking for a Transaction Coordinator to join our team and provide administrative support to our real estate agents. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of the real estate transaction process. Social media posting and assisting agents. The Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including scheduling inspections, coordinating with lenders, and preparing closing documents. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all aspects of the transaction process. Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in the transaction. Maintain accurate records of all transactions. Ensure that all documents are accurately completed and filed in a timely manner. Monitor deadlines and ensure that all deadlines are met. Provide excellent customer service to clients and agents.
