Previous Veterinary Receptionist experience is preferred. We are a growing, privately owned feline specialty veterinary hospital. This position is for Veterinary Receptionist only.

Ability to work independently and as a supportive team member Have a strong interest and affinity to work with clients and their cats Pleasant and effective communication skills, verbal and written Strong organizational skills Be able to multi-task Handle multiple phone lines Client check-ins and check-out Fluent in Veterinary software, scanning, uploading documents, etc., as we are a paperless practice.
