The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong administrative skills and proficiency in various office software, making it essential for maintaining an efficient office environment. Duties Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel. Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Utilize Google Workspace for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and creating documents. Maintain an organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently. Support other staff with various clerical duties as required. Requirements Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Proficiency in computer literacy with strong knowledge of Google Workspace applications. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience working at the front desk or in an office setting is preferred. Must possess a positive attitude and be a team player.
