Receptionist
- Luxury Condominium Meridian Club Naples, FL 34103 Front Desk Attendant
- (Part-Time, Afternoon Shift) The Meridian Club, a luxury high-rise condominium on beautiful Naples Beach, is seeking a reliable and personable Front Desk Attendant ( Saturday & Sunday, 3 PM to 11 PM ) with fill-in hours, if desired. The Meridian is a well-established building with wonderful residents and a supportive team environment
- prefect for someone who enjoys providing exceptional service in a calm, upscale setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and assist residents, guests, and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide assistance with check-in/check-out procedures
- Offer information about local attractions, community amenities and services
- Respond to inquiries and resolve resident or guest concerns promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Preferred Qualification:
- Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
