As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Schedule appointments and maintain an organized appointment calendar
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
• Check-in patients and update their medical records accurately
• Collect payments for services rendered and provide receipts
• Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative duties as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Qualifications
• Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal-related field is preferred
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent customer service skills with a compassionate approach towards animals and their owners
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer systems and software used in veterinary clinics
