– Receptionist and Warranty Clerk DeFuniak Springs, FL (Walton County) $16-ull-Time | Monday-Friday Are you detail-oriented and great with customers? Key Responsibilities Front-Desk Reception:
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly, professional manner Answer and route incoming calls; take accurate messages Maintain neat and organized reception and lobby areas
Administrative Support:
Generate purchase orders as directed by service manager/foreman Open and track service and warranty work orders until closed and invoiced Maintain filing systems and update records in Microsoft Office and dealership systems Assist with office tasks: sorting mail, data entry, appointment coordination
Warranty Coordination:
Prepare, submit, and follow up on OEM warranty claims within required timeframes Track warranty expiration dates and assist with claim negotiations and credit postings Provide accurate feedback to service writers and managers regarding warranty documentation
Customer & Team Support:
Act as liaison between customers, technicians, and managers Field internal/external inquiries about service status Step in wherever needed—team players thrive here Qualifications & Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and service management software Previous experience in a dealership or warranty processing role is a strong plus Basic mechanical understanding of automotive or diesel is helpful but not required DeFuniak Springs | Freeport | Santa Rosa Beach | Walton County | Okaloosa County | Crestview
