You will perform a wide range of administrative duties including but not limited to:

• preparing correspondence; producing, editing and reformatting documents
• answering phones and routing incoming calls
• entering notes/logging information from Customers, Staff and Franchise Owners
• maintaining office supplies and office equipment preventative maintenance
• making sales calls for our Regional Director.

This roll will provide support to a diverse team of people with a variety of working styles.

The right candidate will possess:

• The ability to multi-task and think in the abstract
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Maturity and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Computer Research / Strong working knowledge of Internet Search
• Go‐getter mentality & positive attitude!
