Then you’re a great fit for the receptionist position on our team! You’ll act as the first point of contact for the business, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, take patient payments, and help us with other operational duties to keep everything running smoothly. Compensation:

$19 – $20.50 hourly

Responsibilities:

Rebooks patients when they come out of the room or over the phone when they call to cancel Takes payment Keeps an accurate/maintains daily sheet, applies retainer credits Daily Schedules – create daily schedules, update daily Assists acupuncturists in keeping rooms clean Fill out intakes for New Patients that call Follow problem-solving steps to maintain office efficiency

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred Exhibits working knowledge of Google Workspace, is open to learning our software, and has basic computer skills Available for work Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2 pm – close (between 8 and 8:30pm), as well as other per diem shifts About Company Dedham Acupuncture is an industry leader in the Metrowest Boston area.
