ASAP We are seeking a Receptionist for a part-time position for our client, a professional and client-focused organization located in Auburn, Maine. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and client inquiries, providing courteous and accurate assistance. The Receptionist will succeed in this role by offering excellent customer service, maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor, and effectively looking up and relaying information. This is a part-time, on-site position located in Auburn, Maine. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for: Answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately
Greeting clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
Looking up basic account or service information to assist callers
Relaying accurate information to clients in a clear, helpful tone
Performing light administrative duties to support the office team
Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area The ideal candidate for this role will have: A high school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn internal systems
A friendly, helpful attitude and strong attention to detail
The ability to stay organized and professional in a fast-paced environment
