Hours:

Saturdays and Sundays, 8:00am – 4:30pm What You’ll Do As a Weekend Receptionist , you’ll be the friendly face that greets our residents, families, and visitors, making them feel right at home. You’ll be a key player in enhancing the resident experience and keeping our daily operations running smoothly! Here’s what a typical day might include: Welcome and orient new residents to the facility and services. Resolve customer questions and concerns to improve their overall experience. Act as a liaison between residents and departments, ensuring smooth communication. Collect feedback and report to the Quality Assurance team for continuous improvement. Assist with discharge planning, scheduling consults, and managing administrative tasks. Manage phone calls, direct inquiries, and assist with clerical tasks for staff. Maintain the resident directory, update office equipment, and handle emergency alerts. Support business office functions, including petty cash, AR/collections, and more.
