What You’ll Do:

Be the warm, welcoming face that greets every guest Manage appointment bookings for facials, body treatments & more Answer phone calls & DMs with professionalism and kindness Upsell services and skincare products to enhance the client experience Process payments using POS system with accuracy Keep the reception and retail area clean, stocked, and inviting Collaborate with estheticians to ensure seamless guest experiences Handle client concerns with grace and problem-solving skills We’re Looking for

Someone Who Is:

✔ Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented ✔ Friendly and confident in communication (bilingual is a plus!) ✔ Sales-savvy with an interest in wellness and skincare ✔ Comfortable using POS systems and handling transactions ✔ Excited to grow with a small, passionate team ✔ Licensed Esthetician?
