- Accurately take and forward messages, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries with care.
- Create a seamless caller experience by being friendly, helpful, and proactive on every call. What We’re Looking For You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Prior call center or fast-paced customer service experience.
- A clear, pleasant speaking voice and polished phone etiquette.
- Strong computer skills with a typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a natural ability to multitask.
