The Receptionist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests. Primary responsibilities include greeting all guests and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner; responding to residents’ requests for assistance and information; processing UPS packages for shipping; and booking Farmhouse reservations for family members. A successful candidate for this role will have: Three to six months of related experience and/or training (or the equivalent combination of education and experience). A demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. The hours for this role are expected to be on average, 18 hours per week.

The work hours are:

8 hours on either Thursday or Friday, and 4:00 – 8:00 PM on Tuesdays and Fridays with alternating work on Saturday required.
