Mark Lawrence provides contract services to both private and public schools in the Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire. Role Description This is a seasonal job as a Receptionist at Mark Lawrence Photographers at our Nashua studio. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Duties Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel when needed. Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems. Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments. Providing order fulfillment. Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a positive first impression. Qualifications An outgoing personality and strong interpersonal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Able to take teaching and direction from others Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
