This is a long-term contract position where you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while supporting daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a detail-oriented and welcoming manner. Operate and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate departments. Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records. Handle email correspondence and respond promptly to inquiries. Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently. Maintain and organize files to ensure easy access and retrieval. Assist with general office duties, including copying, scanning, and document preparation. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for various administrative tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly. Proven experience in a receptionist or similar administrative role. Proficiency in using a multi-line phone system. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients and visitors. Competence in data entry and email correspondence. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage schedules and appointments efficiently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
