Appointment Scheduler 4.4 4.4 out of 5 stars New York, NY 10004 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all callers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions.
Description:
Schedule appointments, reminder calls to patients. Book and reschedule clinic appointments. Answer customer inquiries regarding their clinic appointments. Must answer phones, utilize in house and pagers, make overhead announcements. Other assignment as necessary. Extensive phone experience and computer literate. 1 year experience and Bilingual (facility specific). Intermediate to advance skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. 1 yr of Call Center, Payroll and Timekeeping experience required. High School Diploma /GED.
