- Team leader, guide staff with any issues, duties and responsibilities
- Bilingual English and Spanish speaking
- Able to handle difficult situations with patients and resolve them
- Schedule and confirm patients’ appointments
- Maintain patient records, including medical histories, reports, and examination results
- Support front desk staff and patients
- Ability to use computer and programs; MD Land, online agencies
- Call medical insurance companies to verify patient insurance, prior-authorizations, check claim status, etc.
- Able to handle high call volume
- Team player Principals only.
