This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional customer support. . The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can manage daily administrative tasks, maintain excellent communication, and handle confidential matters with discretion. You will serve as the first point of contact for many clients and vendors, coordinate internal activities, and help keep leadership organized and focused on high-level priorities. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette while directing calls to appropriate personnel. Maintain office organization through effective office management practices, including filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments. Utilize Google Workspace for document creation, email correspondence, and calendar management. Provide administrative support by preparing reports, handling correspondence, and proofreading documents for accuracy. Operate phone systems efficiently to ensure clear communication within the office and with clients. Assist with clerical duties as needed to support overall office operations. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support initiatives and improve client satisfaction. Providing direct support to the company owner and executive team with a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks to support the daily operations Skills Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills. Proficient in office management practices and administrative tasks. Familiarity with Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). Ability to provide exceptional customer support while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all communications.
