Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to clients in person and on the phone and in person , enhancing their overall experience.

Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner
• Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and service and product recommendations
• Provide information on services and products
• Coordinate and schedule appointments for multiple service providers with two locations
• Handle guest and stuff requests promptly and efficiently
• Maintain a neat and organized area including: laundry, sweeping, trash, restocking and dusting
• Assist with turning over rooms or prepping services during high volume days requirements :
• Previous experience in sales and customer service preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions and scheduling
• Experience with cash registers and cash handling procedures
• Strong upselling skills to promote additional services or products
