Responsibilities Include Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth Answer phones and texts, direct inquiries, and support guest needs Manage stylist schedules and appointment bookings efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front desk area Support salon operations with supply intake and light inventory (every 30-90 days) Communicate effectively with salon leadership and team members Tidy retail shelves and reception space daily for a luxurious guest impression Sort and forward emails, check mail deliveries, and unpack shipments Locations Nashville Hendersonville Mt.
