Client Relations Administrator Confidential Hendersonville, TN 37075 We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your responsibility is to secure appointments and perform administrative functions to drive our company success!

Answer and screen incoming phone calls Schedule service appointments around the Hendersonville area Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information Maintain up-to date knowledge of services Perform other clerical duties such as filing and faxing What are the requirements? Proven experience as an office assistant, receptionist, dispatcher or another relevant administrative role Customer service oriented Working knowledge of office equipment Excellent organizational and time management skills Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Must pas pre-employment drug test and background check
