The successful candidate will have excellent telephone etiquette and strong organizational skills. The responsibilities of the phone operator include: Answering and directing all incoming telephone calls efficiently while offering warm and friendly service. Ensuring that verbiage is consistent with hotel and Forbes Five-star standards Accommodating guest requests, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction Maintaining an accurate log of special guest requests Commanding a knowledge of the features, amenities, and hours of operation of all resort outlets Ensuring that all reservation calls are handled graciously and efficiently Previous customer service experience is required; experience in a luxury hotel is preferred.
