What You Will Do:

Processes title work to ensure all details are correct Research missing and/or incorrect title paperwork and determine proper resolve in a timely manner. Provide a variety of customer support services through the mail, email, telephone and direct personal contact. Review and enters in title work for all customers. Complete assigned specialized inventory reduction tasks for customers and provides regular updates to sales and account management. Complete application to transfer title ownership. Record information from titles received from the state into the ASI operating system. Ability to maintain customer databases. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

2-3 years State/National title processing experience, preferred 2-3 Years Previous knowledge in title and salvage title requirements, Preferred Proficient in MS Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint High School diploma or GED equivalent Typical Field Office Environment Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug screen.
