Post-Harvest Technician Morning Dew Cultivars Orange, MA 01364 Job Opportunity Morning Dew Cultivars, a state-of-the-art cannabis cultivation facility in Orange, MA, is accepting applications for one post-harvest technician position. The role requires work to be performed on site. The ideal candidate enjoys working with a team of peers and is committed to demonstrating reliability and integrity through their work. This position requires changing into scrubs prior to shift. About the Position This position is responsible for: Maintaining post-harvest facility protocols including routine cleaning regimens Cataloging and handling cannabis plant material and packaged products post-harvest Executing preventative maintenance to maintain a pest- and pathogen-free facility Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Hand-trimming designer-quality cannabis using scissors Manufacturing pre-rolls Packaging and labeling product Helping to identify and react to all incidents Assisting officials and law enforcement with inventory, sales, and compliance audits Having a basic and updated knowledge of all post-harvest operations Having an understanding of all tools and equipment needed for post-harvest room operations Implementing safety practices and considerations Performing general post-harvest room maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary Maintaining sanitization procedures Supervising access to limited access areas Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Experience with post-harvest a plus Ability to stand, sit, & reach for long periods of time, as well as lift loads of up to 50 pounds Self-motivated to support fast-paced projects in a collaborative work environment Goal-oriented teamwork skills Extraordinary dexterity with great attention to detail Proficient time and project management skills Ability to receive and comprehend verbal instructions and training Excellent attention to visual details Commitment to safety rules and reporting safety issues with working surfaces or equipment Cultivation Agent Suitability as determined by the CCC (Must be age 21+)
