Educator – Pineland Farms Full-Time & Part-Time Year-Round Opportunities Available At Pineland Farms, our Education Department is dedicated to connecting visitors with agriculture through safe, hands-on, and engaging experiences. Whether it’s a family’s first goat snuggle or navigating the corn maze in autumn, our educators help bring the magic of the farm to life—all year round. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about agriculture, love working with people, and are comfortable around animals. Farm Educators are at the heart of the visitor experience and play a key role in making each visit memorable. This position is a great fit for anyone who wants to be part of a vibrant farm community—including parents seeking flexible work. And yes, goat snuggles come free with the job!

What You’ll Do:

Inspire and engage visitors by sharing the mission, history, and offerings of Pineland Farms through both structured programs and casual animal encounters. Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, including tasks like operating a point-of-sale system, answering phones, and basic record keeping. Work collaboratively with other staff members to maintain a respectful, communicative team culture. Assist with daily chores related to animal care, gardens, and general upkeep of the Family Farmyard. Support farm-wide special events and seasonal activities.

What We’re Looking For:

Friendly, enthusiastic individuals who enjoy public interaction and animal care. Availability on weekdays and weekends (flexible scheduling available). Must be at least 16 years of age. Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting at $16.50/hour (based on experience).
