Job Description:
Post-Harvest Technicians play a vital role in drying, curing, and prepping cannabis flower for trimming and packaging. This includes hanging harvested plants, monitoring drying conditions, and performing light pruning and watering.
Primary Responsibilities:
Hang harvested cannabis in drying rooms Monitor environmental conditions for optimal curing Prune, water, and maintain post-harvest inventory Prepare product for trimming and packaging phases
General Job Duties:
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area Follow safety protocols and cannabis compliance regulations Meet daily productivity and quality goals Assist other departments or areas when needed Complete logs or checklists accurately Communicate effectively with team and supervisors Report issues related to equipment, product quality, or compliance promptly Adhere to confidentiality and facility security standards
