Agricultural Equipment Operators Position Available In Oswego, New York

Anticipated period of employment: 08/10/2025 to 10/10/20253 months verifiable experience required. Crops including but not limited to: Onions, Corn, and Soybeans. Operate 100hp tractors, tractor-drawn machinery and/or forklifts to plant, cultivate, weed and harvest onions, grow and harvest corn and soybeans.

Planting:

Workers will monitor the planters, mark planter rows with flags at set intervals and ensure that the proper seed and materials are delivered to the correct fields. After the onion crop is planted, workers will assist in preparing the fields and begin planting the row crops (soybeans and corn). After planting, workers will begin to monitor the fields for weed and insect infestations and inform farmers or farm managers of crop progress.
