The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and groundskeeping, with the ability to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces. This role involves working closely with clients to ensure their lawns are well-maintained. Responsibilities Perform regular lawn care activities including mowing, edging, and blowing. Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees through pruning, trimming, and disease management. Build and install landscape features such as pathways, and garden beds. Conduct routine inspections of landscapes to identify issues or areas needing attention. Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences. Maintain equipment used in lawn care operations to ensure safety and efficiency. Skills Experience in operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively. Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Attention to detail in maintaining high standards of landscape aesthetics.
