Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lake Worth, FL for a Commercial Landscaping Supervisor and Salesperson. The individual will be responsible for overseeing landscape maintenance tasks, managing gardening activities, and ensuring proper irrigation and landscape design. The role also includes client interaction to develop and maintain client relationships, manage projects, and drive sales. Additional duties include supervising teams, coordinating schedules, and ensuring project quality. Qualifications Landscape Maintenance, Gardening, and Irrigation skills Experience in Landscape Design and Landscaping Proven leadership and supervisory skills Sales and client relationship management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Knowledge of local plant species and gardening techniques is a plus •
