Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and hands-on Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to lead a crew in delivering high-quality landscape maintenance services. This role requires strong leadership, knowledge of landscape practices, and the ability to manage daily operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a crew in performing routine landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, pruning, and seasonal clean-upsManage daily job schedules, ensure crews are on time, equipped, and working efficientlyCommunicate with clients professionally and address on-site concerns or requestsMonitor job quality to meet company standards and customer satisfactionTrain and coach crew members on safety procedures, proper equipment use, and maintenance practicesConduct basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on landscape equipmentTrack materials, job hours, and equipment needs for each siteEnsure safety standards are followed at all timesProvide feedback to management and assist with planning improvements for workflow and client services
Qualifications:
