Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a safe and enjoyable family camping experience. Lead and collaborate with a dynamic team to maintain our high standards of service and safety. Efficiently manage campground operations, including scheduling, time management, and coordination with staff. Utilize computer skills for reservations, reporting, and communication. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with guests and team members effectively.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of campground management experience. Strong leadership abilities and teamwork skills. Self-motivated with excellent time management capabilities. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and adapt to changing needs. Housing provided; competitive salary based on experience. Health insurance benefits available. Why Join Us?
