Full-Time Are you a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of commercial landscape maintenance? Property Maintenance is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Foreman to lead a dedicated 5-man crew and deliver exceptional results across our commercial sites. ????
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial landscape maintenance
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
- Strong leadership and crew management skills
- Professionalism and respect – a true team leader
- Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality ????
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute commercial mowing operations
- Supervise and assist with mulching, pruning, spring & fall cleanups
- Ensure proper and safe use of all landscaping equipment
