Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscaping Manager to lead a dynamic team in providing high-quality landscaping services for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance and design, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of landscaping crews, ensuring timely and quality completion of all projects. Coordinate and schedule work assignments, materials, and equipment for multiple job sites. Train, supervise, and evaluate landscaping staff; provide ongoing coaching and support. Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Communicate with clients to understand project needs and expectations, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction. Assist in project planning, estimating job costs, and managing budgets. Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials; coordinate repairs or replacements as needed. Ensure compliance with all local regulations and environmental standards.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in landscaping or grounds management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape installation, irrigation systems, and maintenance techniques. Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple crews and projects. Valid driver’s license. Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials as required.
